The Hon. Secretary General of the Ministry of Information, Youth, Culture and Sports, Fatma Hamad Rajab, last week on Friday noon, officiated the Award giving ceremony at Sanaa Rahaleo, Zanzibar. The ceremony was held as a way to offer the Ministry’s deepest gratitude to its best workers of the year.

 The Ministry of Information, Youth, Culture and Sports places a high priority in having a productive team of workers and in order to keep them motivated, the Ministry awarded the best workers of the year 2021 -2022.

The 11 award winners, were chosen after a rigorous selection process and were awarded with certificates and a prize worth 500000Tsh each. Ms. Sabra M. Hamza and Mr. Abdi M. Haji from ZGP, were amongst the award winners. The ministry is also deeply appreciative of the exhaustive efforts of the Directors and the overall employees of the Ministry who have made the Ministry as one of the key Ministries in Zanzibar.
